HealthyLineups allows creators, influencers, and public figures to opt in to premium branding experiences within the app.

Opting in is optional. Influencers are NEVER included in premium branding by default.

What Opting In Means

If you opt in, HealthyLineups may include enhanced branding elements associated with you, such as:
• Your name in featured contest titles
• Brand-specific visuals or color themes
• Optional logos or other approved visual identifiers

All premium branding is enabled ONLY after explicit written permission is granted.

What Opting In Does NOT Mean

Opting in does NOT:
• Create an endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership
• Create an employment or agency relationship
• Require exclusivity
• Require compensation unless separately agreed

You retain control over whether your branding appears in the app.

How to Opt In

To request inclusion:
Email support@healthylineups.com

with:
• Your name or brand name
• A link to your public profile or website
• A brief description of how you’d like to participate

Our team will respond with next steps and, if applicable, a simple written opt-in agreement.

Changing Your Mind

Opt-in permissions are revocable.

If you choose to withdraw consent, premium branding will be disabled and future use will stop within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Completed contests may remain visible as historical records.
