This app is for entertainment purposes only.

All contests award no prizes and have no monetary value.

You agree to use the app legally and respectfully.

HealthyLineups may remove or restrict team names, contest titles, or other content that is offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or violates trademark, publicity, or community standards.

HealthyLineups may update, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the app at any time.

All logos, names, trademarks, images, and likenesses belong to their respective owners.

HealthyLineups is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, athlete, or influencer.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. HealthyLineups is NOT liable for damages arising from use of the app.

Governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.

By using this app, you agree to these Terms.

Community & Content Policy

Team names are user-generated content.

Do NOT use profanity, hate speech, threats, sexual content, doxxing, impersonation, or personal contact information (including email addresses or phone numbers). Do NOT use real names.

If you see abusive or inappropriate content, report it at support.healthylineups.com or by emailing support@healthylineups.com.

HealthyLineups may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban repeat offenders.

Account access is through Sign in with Apple. HealthyLineups does not use passwords and cannot recover access to your Apple ID.

Privacy Policy

HealthyLineups respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.

We use Sign in with Apple for authentication and request no Apple scopes (no name or email).

Information We Collect

We collect ONLY a team name (your in-app identity), an Apple-provided unique identifier used for authentication, and lineup or gameplay data required to operate contests and leaderboards.

We do NOT collect or store your Apple email address or full name.

We may collect lightweight in-app usage analytics tied to a team name (for example: app actions, screen views, contest or entry identifiers, and timestamps) solely to improve performance and reliability.

How We Use Information

Your information is used ONLY to operate your HealthyLineups account, calculate scores, maintain leaderboard standings, and improve app functionality.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers.

We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

We do NOT store IP addresses in application logs or user profiles.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for sports statistics and scoring data. These providers do NOT receive any personal profile information.

Account Security

Your account is secured through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and keeping your device secure.

Analytics

We may collect lightweight, team-name-based usage analytics to help improve app performance and user experience.

We do NOT use advertising identifiers.

We do NOT track users across apps or websites.

We do NOT sell, share, or transfer analytics or usage data to third parties.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy and these Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.

Influencer References

HealthyLineups may reference the names of athletes, creators, or public figures solely as descriptive identifiers for contest themes or categorization. Such references are nominative and informational only and do NOT imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any individual referenced by name in the App outside of licensed statistical or sports data may request removal of their name from all contest titles, headers, and themes.

Upon a valid written request to support@healthylineups.com, the App will remove active references and disable future use of the name promptly and within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Completed contests may remain visible as historical records.

Certain contests, visuals, or experiences may include enhanced branding elements such as logos, brand colors, or other visual identifiers ONLY pursuant to a separate, explicit, written opt-in agreement with the referenced individual or rights holder.

Influencers or rights holders who wish to opt in to premium branding may learn more or request inclusion at https://healthylineups.com/influencers.

Premium branding, logos, likenesses, or other protected assets are NOT enabled by default and are displayed ONLY when affirmative permission has been granted. Opt-in permissions are revocable and subject to the terms of the applicable written agreement.

Nothing in the App or these Terms shall be construed as creating an endorsement, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
